Set of 4 Tudors

Product Description: This set of 4 Tudor figures, each measuring 4cm tall, are made from lead-free pewter. The four different figures in the pack are Henry VIII, Elizabeth I, William Shakespeare and Sir Francis Drake. The figures are mounted on an information card that is full colour with an image of a Tudor scene on the front and has historical information on the reverse.

Information: The Tudor period from 1485 to 1603 was one of the most exciting in British history. There were five Tudor monarchs including Henry VIII and Elizabeth I. Henry VIII, famous for his six wives, was the first English monarch to have a navy and founded the Royal Armouries in London. During the reign of Elizabeth I the ‘Spanish Armada’ was defeated with the help of Sir Francis Drake the famous explorer and military commander, and William Shakespeare wrote his poetry and plays.
