REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

When you register with us you must guarantee that all of the information which you provide is true, accurate and up to date. If any of the information provided subsequently changes you must inform us immediately.

PRICES

The price you pay is the price shown on this website at the time we receive your order (All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT). While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

We do file details of your order. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure, however we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

UK & UK OFFSHORE ORDERS

There is a minimum order value of £50.00 net minimum.

Orders Under £345.00 - A postage & packing contribution of £7.50 is charged.

Orders Over £345.00 - Post & packing is paid.

Orders to offshore islands in the UK including the Scottish Highlands will incur an additional carriage surcharge of £5.00 on all orders. Orders to Northern Ireland will be charged at cost.

All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT.

OVERSEAS ORDERS (Excluding USA)

There is a minimum order value of £50.00 net minimum.

Carriage will be charged as incurred and unless otherwise specified, we will ship by the best method i.e. surface or air.

All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT. VAT will not be charged if you are outside the European Union or can supply a valid EU VAT number.

Customers are liable for all duty and taxes.

USA ORDERS

There is a minimum order value of $150 net minimum.

Orders Under $350 - Prices quoted include carriage to your door but do not include duty and tax. A carriage surcharge of $40 will be added to your order.

Orders Over $350 - Prices quoted include carriage to your door but do not include duty and tax.

ORDER DESPATCH

For pro-forma customers we aim to despatch orders within 4 working days upon clearance of funds.

For existing customers, with credit accounts, we aim to despatch orders within 4 working days upon receipt of order.

All orders are despatched from the UK.

All orders are shipped by the best and most economical method i.e. surface or air.

PAYMENT

No payment is taken on this website.

Pro-forma customers will be sent a pro-forma invoice for payment.

Customers with credit accounts will be sent an invoice for payment, after their order has been despatched.

Are preferred methods of payment are as follows:

1. Bank Transfer – Our most preferred payment method

2. Cheque

CREDIT TERMS

Pro-forma orders require payment before goods can be despatched. Customers are pro-forma until a credit application form is completed and, subject to acceptance, a credit account is established.

Once a credit account is established, payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

TITLE OF GOODS

Title of the goods shall not pass to the customer until Westair Reproductions has been paid for in full.

The customer agrees that prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods that they shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for purposes of identification. The goods shall be at risk of the customer from the time of delivery of the goods.

SHORTAGES

Any shortages or damages must be advised in writing or email within 14 days of order delivery.

JURISDICTION

The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of this contract.

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
