British History Ruler - 30cm

Product Description: The British History Ruler is made from wood and measures 30cm long (made from FSC Certified Wood). On the reverse, it shows measurements in both inches and centimetres. On the inches scale it includes units of 1/8 of an inch and on the centimetre side units of 5 millimetres.

The front of the ruler shows an image of a knight mounted on a horse on the top and has a timeline listing the kings and queens of Britain and the dates they took the throne. The timeline starts from Roman Britain in 43 – c.450AD and with the first ruler being Edward the Confessor, after the Danish rule from 1016 - 1042. All the kings and queens from 1042 are shown right up to Charles II in 2022. Highlights include the kings William I, Edwards III, Henry VIII and Charles I and the queens Mary I, Elizabeth I, Victoria and Elizabeth II.
