  • Why do I not see any prices?
    Our web site is designed so that anyone can view and search our products. To view the prices you must be an existing trade customer and must Request to Open an Account. When you log into your account all prices become visible and you are able to order.

  • How do I order from your web site?
    To order from our web site you must be an existing trade customer and must Request to Open an Account. When you log into your account all prices become visible and you are then able to order

  • How do I open an online account?
    If you are and existing customer click on the Request to Open an Account link and complete the online form. If you would like to be kept up to date with current events at Westair Reproductions Ltd then click the Newsletter option box. You request will be sent to us and we will open an account for you. You will receive a log in, consisting of 6 letters a - and 2 numbers, and an initial password that must be changed the first time you log-in.

  • I am not an existing customer, can I still open an account?
    Yes, but you must apply for a Trade Account and this must be set up before you can purchase online.

  • I have entered the wrong information when opening a new account.
    If any of the information you have entered is incorrect then please contact us and we will update it for you. If the e-mail address you have supplied is incorrect then you will not receive any e-mail correspondence from us.

  • I have forgotten my password what do I do?
    Click on the Existing Customer Log-in link at the top right of each page and then click on the Password forgotten link?

  • My e-mail address or account details have changed?
    Please contact us and we will arrange for your details to be updated.
