Why do I not see any prices? Our web site is designed so that anyone can view and search our products. To view the prices you must be an existing trade customer and must Request to Open an Account. When you log into your account all prices become visible and you are able to order.
How do I open an online account? If you are and existing customer click on the Request to Open an Account link and complete the online form. If you would like to be kept up to date with current events at Westair Reproductions Ltd then click the Newsletter option box. You request will be sent to us and we will open an account for you. You will receive a log in, consisting of 6 letters a - and 2 numbers, and an initial password that must be changed the first time you log-in.
Is VAT Included in the Prices? Non of the prices shown on the Westair.co.uk website include VAT. If you are a UK customer VAT will be added to your order, outside of this website. If you are an overseas customer VAT will be applied to your order if required, outside of this website.
I'm a Pro-Forma Customer When Should I Pay? After placing an order online, customers receive an order confirmation via email. Pro-forma customers must wait until they receive a separate pro-forma invoice, either by email or post BEFORE making any payment.
